It also includes benchmarking beneficial practices from\u00a0other countries, engaging in scientific policy research and publication, reforming the institutional framework\u00a0for democracy and good governance and implementing supportive activities for the research and study sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This sector is organized into three research and study units to effectively implement the provided mandate in a systematic\u00a0and result-oriented manner. Each research unit has a junior researcher, assistant researcher, senior researcher and chief\u00a0researcher, indicating various levels of specialization among the professionals leading the units.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The units in this sector include:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0i. Federalism Policy Study and Research unit,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0ii. Democracy and Good Governance Policy Study and\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Research unit,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0iii.
