Economic Policy Study and Research Sector
Economic Policy Study and Research Sector his sector identifies issues that need to be studied and researched in relation to the economic sector at the regional level; identifies research subjects by exploring the implementation of the sector’s policies, strategies and practices; provides research subjects that enable the study of new policies, strategies and practices related to government economic institutions and economic policy; generates new knowledge by carrying out research activities
and generates problem-solving policy recommendations to strengthen existing policies; practice experiences of other countries, participates in the preparation of scientific policy study and research journals, establishes an economic policy study and research methodology, and carries out monitoring and support activities for the sectors. In order to enable the sector to carry out the assigned task efficiently and effectively, it has been organized into five research units. Each research unit has different professional levels of researcher organized as junior researcher, assistant researcher, researcher, senior researcher and chief researcher.
